Returns & Refunds

Whoa! was it something we said?! lets hug it out, come on, come and sit down i'll make you a cup of tea and we can talk about our feelings...

Refunds are available for full priced items only. No refund or exchange will be given for sale items or change of mind.

You can obtain a refund or credit for your purchase by returning your item/s within 7 days of purchase - The item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, sale-able condition with tags still attached, if we are  fancy enough to actually have tags.

Please allow up to 14 business days*** from the day your item is received to us for your account to be refunded. Once we have received the return and inspected, we will make contact with you immediately regarding the outcome.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return postage, it is recommended that you use Australia Post Regular Parcel post as the most cost effective means of return, this also covers your butt & mine with a tracking number, just in-case it goes missing...

Until we receive the item - its still owned by you! and unfortunately no refunds or returns can be processed without it!

***Please keep in mind that i'm a one woman show and i'm travelling between Victoria + South Australia to make this business work and i really am doing my best!


Wrong size? oh oh! don't worry it happens! be sure to check the size chart and rummage through your mums sewing box to find that fabric tape measure that smells weird and size yourself up first - just so there's no annoying trips to the post office, and no excruciating wait to receive the right size so you can wear that bad boy!

Return the item to us (again unfortunately the return postage is your responsibility)  in original condition : therefore it must be unworn, unwashed and in sale-able condition and we will credit your account once received

then you may go forth measure yourself and re-order the right size!
